What AllHere Coach Is
AllHere Coach is a team travel tracker built for youth sports. A coach creates a trip, shares a link, parents and players join, and everyone sees each other on a live map until every car pulls in. When the last one arrives, the coach gets a single notification – “All Here, Coach. 12/12 arrived.” – and tracking shuts off automatically. No group texts, no “you here yet?” chains, no one guessing whether the last family is lost or running late.
Why It Exists
I’m not a youth sports parent anymore – my kids have aged out – but I spent years watching the people around me white-knuckle team travel. Family, friends, coaches I know. The same complaints over and over: the endless reply-all texts on tournament mornings, the panicked “where are you” calls, the coach pacing a parking lot counting cars, the parent who took a wrong exit and nobody noticed until warm-ups started.
Existing apps either do too much (full-blown team management platforms with calendars, rosters, chat, payments – most of which nobody uses) or too little (a shared Google map that nobody remembers to open). Nothing did the one job everyone actually needed on travel days: show me where everyone is right now, and tell me when they’ve all arrived.
So I built it.
Who’s Behind It
AllHere Coach is built by Ryan Blakley, a solo independent developer based in Indiana. No venture capital, no data-harvesting business model, no growth team pushing for “engagement.” Just one person trying to solve a specific problem cleanly for the people who need it.
That also means: when something’s broken, you’re emailing the person who can actually fix it.
Privacy Isn’t a Feature. It’s the Whole Point.
This is an app that sees where families drive. That is a serious responsibility, and most of the design decisions start there:
- Location is only shared during active trips. The app is dark the rest of the time.
- GPS data is auto-deleted within an hour of arrival. We don’t keep a history of where you’ve been.
- Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers. There are no ads and no third-party trackers.
- No child data. Parents join on their own device. The app tracks the parent’s car, not the child.
