Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 16, 2026

The short version: AllHere Coach is a team travel tracker. Use it to help your team get to the same place safely. Don’t misuse it. Location sharing is voluntary and trip-scoped. We’re not responsible for traffic, bad directions, or late arrivals.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AllHere Coach (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and AllHere Coach (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
  • Users between 13 and 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
  • Children under 13 may not create accounts. Parents may track on behalf of younger players using the parent role on their own device.

3. Description of Service

AllHere Coach is a real-time location-sharing application designed for youth sports team travel. The Service allows:

  • Coaches to create teams and trips with destinations
  • Team members to share their real-time location during active trips
  • Arrival detection and ETA estimates
  • Team communication during travel

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future, with advance notice to users.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Location Data and Privacy

  • Location tracking is only active during trips created by your team’s coach.
  • You may stop sharing your location at any time during a trip.
  • Location data is automatically deleted within 1 hour after a trip ends.
  • Your location is only visible to members of your team during active trips.
  • Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Track or monitor individuals without their knowledge and consent
  • Stalk, harass, or intimidate any person
  • Create teams for purposes other than legitimate sports team coordination
  • Share invite links with individuals not associated with the team
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Coach Responsibilities

Coaches who create teams and trips acknowledge that:

  • They are responsible for ensuring team members are aware that location sharing occurs during trips
  • They will not use location data for purposes other than team travel coordination
  • They will remove members from teams promptly when those members leave the team
  • They are responsible for the accuracy of trip destination and schedule information

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accuracy of location data, maps, ETA estimates, or directions
  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Compatibility with your device or operating system

AllHere Coach is a coordination tool, not a navigation or safety application. Always follow traffic laws and use your own judgment while driving. Do not interact with the app while operating a vehicle.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLHERE COACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Injuries or accidents occurring during team travel
  • Inaccurate location data, ETA calculations, or route information
  • Actions taken by other users of the Service
  • Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllHere Coach, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by AllHere Coach and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

12. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination of your account.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Indiana.
